1. Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, even if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, as it helps cover the time and resources reserved specifically for you.

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment after making your deposit, you must do so within 2 weeks of your scheduled service date to retain your deposit. Rescheduling requests made after 2 weeks of your initial appointment will need a new deposit to secure their booking. To reschedule, please contact me directly at the number provided in your booking confirmation.

3. Advance Notice for Rescheduling

To ensure that I can accommodate your new schedule, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling requests. Exceptions may be made for emergencies, but please reach out to me directly as soon as possible so that we can discuss available options.

4. Image Consent for Marketing

By booking an appointment, you grant MBM permission to take photos and/or videos of your service for marketing purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform us prior to your appointment, and we will respect your wishes. Thank you for helping me showcase my work!
